Yes. We provide a 24/7 emergency locksmith service for situations such as home and vehicle lockouts, lost keys and urgent lock problems. Give us a call and we’ll discuss your situation and how quickly we can attend.
We don’t charge a call-out fee. The cost of the work will depend on the service required, the type of lock or key involved and any parts needed. We’ll explain what is required before carrying out the work.
Our response time depends on your location and how busy we are at the time. We aim to provide a fast response and will give you an estimated arrival time when you contact us.
Yes. We provide locksmith services for shops, offices, garages, universities, landlords, letting agents and other commercial premises, including lock repairs, replacements, key cutting and programming and emergency access.

Residential Locksmith FAQs
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency house lockout services across our service area. Whether you’ve lost your keys, locked them inside or your lock has stopped working, we’ll assess the situation and help you regain access wherever possible.
We aim to use non-destructive entry methods wherever possible. If the lock is faulty or damaged and needs to be replaced, we’ll explain this to you before carrying out the work.
Yes. Many lock problems can be repaired without replacing the entire lock. We’ll assess the problem and recommend the most suitable and cost-effective solution.
Yes. We can carefully extract broken or snapped keys from residential locks and then assess the condition of the lock to determine whether it can continue to be used or should be replaced.
Yes. We can diagnose and repair a range of uPVC door locking problems, including issues with cylinders, handles and multipoint locking mechanisms.
It’s generally recommended. You don’t know who may have copies of the existing keys, so changing or rekeying the locks can give you greater peace of mind and control over who has access to your home.

Yes. We provide emergency vehicle lockout services for compatible cars and vans. We’ll use appropriate entry methods wherever possible to minimise the risk of damage to your vehicle.
Yes. We provide car key replacement services for a range of compatible vehicle makes and models. We can assess your vehicle and advise you on the available replacement options.
Yes. We provide car key cutting for a range of compatible vehicles. Depending on the vehicle, the replacement key may also need to be programmed before it can be used.
Yes. We provide car key programming for compatible vehicles. Modern vehicles often require a replacement key to be programmed to the vehicle’s security and immobiliser system.
We can provide broken car key extraction and carefully remove the broken key from the vehicle lock where possible. We’ll then assess the condition of the lock and discuss your replacement options.
Yes. We can assess faulty or damaged vehicle locks and advise whether the lock can be repaired or needs to be replaced.

Yes. Where possible, we’ll provide an estimate based on the information you give us. The final price may depend on what we find when we inspect the lock, key or vehicle.
Not necessarily. We provide both emergency and planned locksmith services. For non-urgent work, you can contact us to arrange a convenient time. For emergencies, we’ll aim to attend as quickly as possible.
We accept cash, card payment and BACS bank transfer, taken on completion of the job. If you have any questions about payment before booking, just let us know.
